Late afternoon reflects from the smooth, clean waters of Oregon’s North Umpqua River where it glides between banks of grass and blooms. The channels of ledge rock are characteristic of this beautiful river, home to a famous run of steelhead and popular among fly anglers. The scene evokes the warmth and freedom of summer.

North Umpqua No.2 is painted in acrylic on hand-prepared wood panel and ships with a 3” wide, plain-air style black wood frame.
