People say it rains a lot in the Willamette Valley. And it does, just not everywhere at once. In the spring, standing on a high point along the valley is a rare treat. Sunbeams and storm clouds play across the valley floor, framed by forested mountains. This painting seeks to express that dynamic wonder.
